s 43 Duties of designated practitioner body

(1) The Council may delegate any of its function to designated practitioner body. (2) The Council may override any decision of the designated practitioner body relating to the discharge of the delegated functions. (3) The Council may request any relevant information from the designated practitioner body and the information shall be provided within the time stated in such request. (4) Any action taken or performed by designated practitioner body pursuant to any order or direction of the Council in discharging its delegated functions shall not be void by reason of any inconsistency with any subsequent decision of the Council. (5) The Council may, from time to time, issue orders or directions to the designated practitioner body in respect of the discharge of the functions that have been so delegated.

Fungsi badan pengamal ditetapkan

(1) Majlis boleh mewakilkan mana-mana fungsinya kepada badan pengamal ditetapkan. (2) Majlis boleh mengatasi apa-apa keputusan badan pengamal ditetapkan yang berhubungan dengan penjalanan fungsi yang diwakilkan. (3) Majlis boleh meminta apa-apa maklumat yang berkaitan daripada badan pengamal ditetapkan dan maklumat itu hendaklah diberikan dalam masa yang dinyatakan dalam permintaan itu. (4) Apa-apa tindakan yang diambil atau dibuat oleh badan pengamal ditetapkan menurut mana-mana perintah atau arahan Majlis dalam melaksanakan fungsi yang diwakilinya tidak boleh terbatal disebabkan apa-apa ketidakselarasan dengan apa-apa keputusan Majlis yang dibuat terdahulu. (5) Majlis boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, mengeluarkan perintah dan arahan kepada badan pengamal ditetapkan berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan fungsi yang diwakilkan oleh Majlis.
