Traditional and Complementary Medicine Act 2016 s 56
(1) An authorized officer conducting a search under this Act shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise. (2) For the purposes of this section, “access” includes being provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware and any other means required to enable the comprehension of computerized data.
Capaian kepada data berkomputer
(1) Seseorang pegawai diberi kuasa yang menjalankan suatu pemeriksaan di bawah Akta ini hendaklah diberi capaian kepada data berkomputer sama ada yang disimpan dalam suatu komputer atau sebaliknya. (2) Bagi maksud seksyen ini, “capaian” termasuk memberikan kata laluan, kod enskripsi, kod deskripsi, perisian atau perkakasan atau kaedah lain yang diperlukan untuk membolehkan pemahaman data berkomputer.
