s 19 Executive order of the Council
(1) Upon a declaration being made under section 18, the Council may issue an executive order to the Director of Operations or such Government Entities as the Council deems necessary in relation to the security area in the interest of national security.
(2) The executive order issued by the Council may include the deployment of any Security Forces or any other relevant Government Entities to the security area.
(3) The Council may amend, replace or revoke the executive order issued under subsection (1).
(4) The executive order shall remain in force until it is revoked by the Council but notwithstanding this it shall cease to have effect if the declaration made under section 18 ceases to have effect or is revoked.

Perintah eksekutif Majlis
(1) Apabila suatu perisytiharan dibuat di bawah seksyen 18, Majlis boleh mengeluarkan suatu perintah eksekutif kepada Pengarah Operasi atau mana-mana Entiti Kerajaan sebagaimana yang difikirkan perlu oleh Majlis berhubung dengan kawasan keselamatan itu demi kepentingan keselamatan negara.
(2) Perintah eksekutif yang dikeluarkan oleh Majlis boleh termasuk pengerahan tugas mana-mana Pasukan Keselamatan atau mana-mana Entiti Kerajaan lain yang berkaitan ke kawasan keselamatan itu.
(3) Majlis boleh meminda, menggantikan atau membatalkan perintah eksekutif yang dikeluarkan di bawah subseksyen (1).
(4) Perintah eksekutif hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa sehingga ia dibatalkan oleh Majlis tetapi walaupun begitu ia hendaklah terhenti berkuat kuasa jika perisytiharan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 18 terhenti berkuat kuasa atau dibatalkan.
