Companies Act 2016 s 151
The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette— (a) exempt any company or class of companies from complying with all or any provisions of this Subdivision in relation to any securities of a company or any class of companies to which this Subdivision applies subject to such terms and conditions as he deems fit to impose; and (b) revoke or vary the notice in such manner as the Minister thinks fit.
Pengecualian daripada Subpenggal ini
Menteri boleh, melalui notis yang disiarkan dalam Warta— (a) mengecualikan mana-mana syarikat atau kelas syarikat daripada mematuhi semua atau mana-mana peruntukan Subpenggal ini berhubung dengan apa-apa sekuriti bagi sesuatu syarikat atau apa-apa kelas syarikat yang baginya Subpenggal ini terpakai tertakluk pada apa-apa terma dan syarat yang disifatkannya patut untuk dikenakan; dan (b) membatalkan atau mengubah notis itu mengikut apa-apa cara yang difikirkan patut oleh Menteri.
