Companies Act 2016 s 321
(1) Notice of a meeting of members shall be given to every member, director and auditor of the company. (2) The reference to a member in subsection (1) includes any person who is entitled to a share in consequence of the death or bankruptcy of a member who, but for his death or bankruptcy, would be entitled to receive notice of the meeting and the company has been notified of the person’s entitlement in writing.
Orang yang berhak menerima notis mesyuarat anggota
(1) Notis suatu mesyuarat anggota hendaklah diberikan kepada tiap-tiap anggota, pengarah dan juruaudit syarikat. (2) Sebutan mengenai anggota dalam subseksyen (1) termasuk mana-mana orang yang berhak terhadap suatu syer berikutan dengan kematian atau kebankrapan seseorang anggota yang, jika tidak kerana kematiannya atau kebankrapannya, berhak menerima notis mesyuarat dan syarikat telah diberitahu tentang kelayakan orang itu secara bertulis.
