s 511 Delivery of property to liquidator
The Court may require any contributory, trustee, receiver, banker, agent or officer of the company to pay, deliver, convey, surrender or transfer to the liquidator or interim liquidator forthwith or within such time as the Court directs any money, property, books and papers in his hands to which the company is prima facie entitled.

Penghantarserahan harta kepada penyelesai
Mahkamah boleh menghendaki mana-mana penyumbang, pemegang amanah, penerima, jurubank, ejen atau pegawai syarikat supaya membayar, menghantar serah, memindahhakkan, menyerahkan atau memindahkan kepada penyelesai atau penyelesai interim dengan serta-merta atau dalam apa-apa masa sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Mahkamah apa-apa wang, harta, buku dan surat dalam tangannya yang kepadanya syarikat itu berhak secara prima facie.
