s 9 Essential requirements of a company

A company shall have— (a) a name; (b) one or more members, having limited or unlimited liability for the obligations of the company; (c) in the case of a company limited by shares, one or more shares; and (d) one or more directors.

Kehendak utama syarikat

Sesuatu syarikat hendaklah mempunyai— (a) nama; (b) seorang atau lebih anggota, yang mempunyai liabiliti terhad atau tidak terhad bagi obligasi syarikat itu; (c) dalam hal suatu syarikat berhad dengan syer, satu atau lebih syer; dan (d) seorang atau lebih pengarah.
