s 10 Certificate of authorization
(1) Upon approval of the application under section 9, the Registrar shall enter the particulars of the scheme in the register and—
(a) issue a certificate of authorization; and
(b) allocate an authorization number,
to the management company in respect of the scheme.
(2) In issuing a certificate of authorization, the Registrar shall have the power to impose any terms and conditions as he thinks fit.
(3) The certificate of authorization issued under this section shall be conclusive evidence that the requirements of this Act in respect of registration have been complied with and that the scheme is registered under this Act.

Perakuan kebenaran
(1) Setelah permohonan diluluskan di bawah seksyen 9, Pendaftar hendaklah memasukkan butir-butir skim itu dalam daftar dan—
(a) mengeluarkan perakuan kebenaran; dan
(b) menguntukkan nombor kebenaran,
kepada syarikat pengurusan itu berkenaan dengan skim itu.
(2) Apabila mengeluarkan perakuan kebenaran, Pendaftar hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk mengenakan apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
(3) Perakuan kebenaran yang dikeluarkan di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad bahawa kehendak Akta ini berkenaan dengan pendaftaran telah dipatuhi dan bahawa skim itu telah didaftarkan di bawah Akta ini.
