s 31 Keeping of documents relating to prospectus or product disclosure statement
(1) A management company shall cause a copy of—
(a) any consent required under section 33 in relation to the issue of the prospectus or product disclosure statement; and
(b) every material contract or document referred to in the prospectus or product disclosure statement,
to be deposited at the registered office of the management company in Malaysia after the registration of the prospectus or product disclosure statement and shall keep each copy for the period as may be specified by the Registrar.
(2) The copies referred to in subsection (1) shall be made available for inspection by any person without charge.
(3) A person who contravenes this section commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine of two hundred and fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.

Penyimpanan dokumen yang berhubungan dengan prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk
(1) Suatu syarikat pengurusan hendaklah menyebabkan suatu salinan—
(a) apa-apa persetujuan di bawah seksyen 33 berhubung dengan pengeluaran prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk; dan
(b) tiap-tiap kontrak yang material atau dokumen yang disebut dalam prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk,
disimpan di pejabat berdaftar syarikat pengurusan itu di Malaysia selepas pendaftaran prospektus atau pernyataan penzahiran produk dan hendaklah menyimpan setiap salinan selama tempoh yang dinyatakan oleh Pendaftar.
(2) Salinan yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah tersedia untuk pemeriksaan oleh mana-mana orang tanpa caj.
(3) Seseorang yang melanggar seksyen ini melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi dua ratus lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya.
