(1) If, on the completion of the winding up of a registered scheme, the management company or person appointed under section 67 has in their possession or under their control any unclaimed or undistributed money or other property that was part of the property of the scheme, the management company or the person shall, as soon as practicable, surrender the money or transfer the property to the Registrar.
(2) The provisions under Subdivision 2 of Division 4 of Part IV of the Companies Act 2016 shall be applicable in dealing with the money or property so vested with the Registrar with the necessary modifications and adaptations.

Wang yang tidak dituntut hendaklah dibayar kepada Pendaftar
(1) Jika, setelah selesai penggulungan suatu skim berdaftar, syarikat pengurusan atau orang yang dilantik di bawah seksyen 67 mempunyai dalam milikan atau di bawah kawalannya apa-apa wang yang tidak dituntut atau tidak diagihkan atau harta lain yang merupakan
sebahagian daripada harta skim itu, syarikat pengurusan itu atau orang itu hendaklah, dengan seberapa segera yang dapat dilaksanakan, menyerahkan wang atau memindahkan harta itu kepada Pendaftar.
(2) Peruntukan di bawah Subpenggal 2 Penggal 4 Bahagian IV Akta Syarikat 2016 hendaklah terpakai dalam berurusan dengan wang atau harta yang terletak hak sedemikian pada Pendaftar dengan pengubahsuaian dan penyesuaian yang perlu.
