s 74 Protection to certain officers who make disclosures
(1) Where an officer of a management company in the course of performance of his duties has reason to believe that—
(a) any matter which may or will constitute a breach or nonobservance of the provisions of this Act or the subsidiary legislation made under this Act; or
(b) a serious offence involving fraud or dishonesty, has been, is being or is likely to be committed against this Act or the management company or by other officer of the management company,
he may report the matter in writing to the Registrar.
(2) The management company shall not remove, demote, discriminate against, or interfere with the lawful employment or livelihood of any officer by reason of the report submitted by him under subsection (1).
(3) No officer of a management company shall be liable to be sued in any Court nor be subject to any tribunal process, including disciplinary action for any report submitted by him under subsection (1) if the report was submitted in good faith.

Perlindungan kepada pegawai tertentu yang membuat penzahiran
(1) Jika seseorang pegawai syarikat pengurusan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya mempunyai sebab untuk mempercayai bahawa—
(a) apa-apa perkara yang boleh atau akan menjadi pelanggaran atau ketidakpatuhan peruntukan Akta ini atau perundangan subsidiari yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini; atau
(b) suatu kesalahan serius yang melibatkan fraud atau kecurangan, telah, sedang atau berkemungkinan untuk dilakukan terhadap Akta ini atau syarikat pengurusan atau oleh pegawai lain syarikat pengurusan,
pegawai itu boleh melaporkan perkara itu secara bertulis kepada Pendaftar.
(2) Syarikat pengurusan tidak boleh memecat, menurunkan pangkat, mendiskriminasi terhadap, atau mengganggu pekerjaan sah atau kehidupan mana-mana pegawai oleh sebab laporan yang dikemukakan olehnya di bawah subseksyen (1).
(3) Tiada pegawai syarikat pengurusan bertanggungan untuk dibawa guaman dalam mana-mana Mahkamah atau tertakluk kepada proses mana-mana tribunal, termasuklah tindakan disiplin bagi apaapa laporan yang dikemukakan olehnya di bawah subseksyen (1) jika laporan itu dikemukakan dengan suci hati.
