s 86 Electronic lodgement of documents
(1) The Registrar may provide a service for the electronic lodgement of documents required by this Act to be lodged with the Registrar.
(2) A document electronically lodged under this section shall be deemed to have satisfied the requirement for lodgement if the document is communicated or transmitted to the Registrar in such manner as may be determined by the Registrar.
(3) A document that is required to be stamped, signed or sealed shall, if the document is to be electronically lodged, be certified to be true copy or authenticated in such manner as may be determined by the Registrar.
(4) Where a document is electronically lodged with the Registrar, the Registrar shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person by reason of any error or omission of whatever nature or
however arising appearing in any document obtained by any person under the service referred to in subsection (1) if such error or omission occurred or arose as a result of any defect or breakdown in the service or in the equipment used for the provision of the service or without the knowledge of the Registrar.

Penyerahsimpanan dokumen secara elektronik
(1) Pendaftar boleh menyediakan perkhidmatan penyerahsimpanan secara elektronik bagi dokumen yang dikehendaki oleh Akta ini untuk diserah simpan dengan Pendaftar.
(2) Suatu dokumen yang diserah simpan secara elektronik di bawah seksyen ini hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah memenuhi keperluan penyerahsimpanan jika dokumen itu disampaikan atau dihantar kepada Pendaftar mengikut apa-apa cara yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar.
(3) Suatu dokumen yang dikehendaki supaya dicapkan, ditandatangani atau dimeterai hendaklah, jika dokumen itu diserah simpan secara elektronik, diperakukan sebagai salinan sebenar atau ditentusahkan mengikut apa-apa cara yang ditentukan oleh Pendaftar.
(4) Jika suatu dokumen diserah simpan secara elektronik dengan Pendaftar, Pendaftar tidak bertanggungan bagi apa-apa kehilangan atau kerugian yang dialami oleh mana-mana orang oleh sebab apa-apa kesilapan atau peninggalan daripada apa-apa jua sifat atau bagaimanapun berbangkit yang didapati dalam apa-apa dokumen yang diperoleh oleh mana-mana orang di bawah serahan yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) jika kesilapan atau peninggalan itu berlaku atau timbul akibat daripada apa-apa kecacatan atau pemberhentian perkhidmatan atau kerosakan peralatan yang digunakan bagi membuat serahan itu tanpa pengetahuan Pendaftar.
