s 11 Members of Supervisory Council
(1) The Supervisory Council shall comprise the following members who shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong:
(a) a Judge of the High Court who shall be the President of the Council;
(b) one representative of the Government of Malaysia;
(c) one representative of the newspapers in Malaysia;
(d) the Vice-Chancellor of any one of the Universities in Malaysia; and
(e) one other person.
(2) The member referred to in paragraph (1)(a) shall be appointed in consultation with the Chief Justice.
(3) Part II of the Schedule shall apply to the members of the Supervisory Council.

Anggota Majlis Penyeliaan
(1) Majlis Penyeliaan hendaklah mengandungi anggota yang berikut yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong:
(a) seorang Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi yang hendaklah menjadi Yang Dipertua Majlis;
(b) seorang wakil Kerajaan Malaysia;
(c) seorang wakil surat khabar di Malaysia;
(d) Naib Canselor mana-mana satu Universiti di Malaysia; dan
(e) seorang yang lain.
(2) Anggota yang disebut dalam perenggan (1)(a) hendaklah dilantik setelah berunding dengan Ketua Hakim Negara.
(3) Bahagian II Jadual hendaklah terpakai bagi anggota Majlis Penyeliaan.
