s 14 General Manager
(1) The General Manager shall be the chief executive officer of BERNAMA who is responsible to the Board. (2) All officers and servants of the Board shall be under the control of the General Manager.

Pengurus Besar
(1) Pengurus Besar hendaklah menjadi ketua pegawai eksekutif BERNAMA yang bertanggungjawab kepada Lembaga. (2) Semua pegawai dan pekhidmat Lembaga hendaklah berada di bawah kawalan Pengurus Besar.
