s 5 Notification of appointment of Titular Superior
A notification in the Gazette of the appointment of any person to hold, or act in, the office of the Corporation shall be conclusive evidence that such person was duly so appointed.

Suatu pemberitahuan dalam Warta mengenai pelantikan mana-mana orang untuk memegang, atau bertindak dalam, jawatan Perbadanan hendaklah menjadi keterangan muktamad bahawa orang itu telah dilantik sedemikian dengan sewajarnya.
