Redemptorist Fathers (Incorporation) Act 1962 s 7
(1) All debts and liabilities of the Titular Superior of the Redemptorist Fathers existing at the time of the coming into force of this Act shall be paid by the Corporation. (2) All debts due to and subscriptions and contributions payable to the Titular Superior shall be paid to the Corporation for the purposes of this Act. (Revised—2016)
Pembayaran hutang dan liabiliti
(1) Semua hutang dan liabiliti Titular Superior of the Redemptorist Fathers yang sedia ada pada masa permulaan kuat kuasa Akta ini hendaklah dibayar oleh Perbadanan. Undang-Undang Malaysia AKTA 781 A (2) Semua hutang yang kena dibayar dan yuran dan caruman yang kena dibayar kepada Titular Superior hendaklah dibayar kepada Perbadanan bagi maksud Akta ini.
