s 19 Loans, scholarships and advances
The Institute may grant loans, scholarships and advances to the officers and servants of the Institute for such purposes and on such terms and conditions as the Institute may determine.

Institut boleh memberikan pinjaman, biasiswa dan pendahuluan kepada pegawai dan pekhidmat Institut bagi apa-apa maksud dan atas apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Institut.
