Forest Research Institute Malaysia Act 2016 s 33
(1) The Institute may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, borrow any sums required by it for the proper performance of its functions or exercise of its powers. (2) The Statutory Bodies (Power to Borrow) Act 1999 [Act 598] shall apply to the Institute.
Kuasa untuk meminjam
(1) Institut boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan, meminjam apa-apa jumlah wang yang dikehendaki oleh Institut bagi pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya sewajarnya. (2) Akta Badan Berkanun (Kuasa Meminjam) 1999 [Akta 598] hendaklah terpakai bagi Institut.
