s 4 Attending, etc., investiture for unrecognized award

(1) A person shall not conduct an investiture ceremony for an unrecognized award. (2) A person shall not attend, promote or participate in an investiture ceremony for an unrecognized award. (3) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
