s 6 Making, etc., instrument for making insignias for unrecognized awards

(1) A person shall not make or mend, or perform any part of the process of making or mending, or buy, sell, or dispose of any die or instrument for the purpose of being used, or knowing or having reason to believe that it is intended to be used, for the purpose of making insignias for unrecognized awards. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both.
