s 10
The office of a member of the Authority is vacated if-
(a) he dies;
(b) there has been proved against him, or he has been convicted on, a charge in respect of-
(i) an offence involving fraud, dishonesty or moral turpitude;
(ii) an offence under section 12 of this Act or any law relating to corruption; or (i11) any other offence punishable with imprisonment (ın itselt only or in addition to or in leu of a fine) for more than two years;
(c) his conduct, whether in connection with his duties as a member of the Authority or otherwise, has been such as to bring discredit to the Authority;
(d) he becomes a bankrupt;
(e) he is of unsound mind or is otherwise incapable of discharging his duties;
(f) in the case of the Chairman or a deputy chairman, he absents himselt from three consecutive meetings of the Authorıty without leave in writing of the Minister;
(g) in the case of a member of the Authority appointed under paragraph 5(1)(d), he absents himself from three consecutive meetings of the Authority without leave in writing of the Chairman; or
(h) his appointment is revoked by the Minister under subsection 9(1). Committees

Jawatan seseorang anggota Pihak Berkuasa menjadi kosong jika-
(a) dia mati;
(b) telah dibuktikan terhadapnya, atau dia telah disabitkan atas, suatu pertuduhan berkenaan dengan-
(i) suatu kesalahan yang melibatkan fraud, kecurangan atau keburukan akhlak;
(ii) suatu kesalahan di bawah seksyen 12 Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang yang berhubungan dengan rasuah; atau
(iii) apa-apa kesalahan lain yang boleh dihukum dengan pemenjaraan (sama ada pemenjaraan sanaja atal sebagai tambahan kepada atau sebagai ganti denda) selama lebih daripada dua tahun;
(c) kelakuannya, sama ada berkaitan dengan kewajipannya sebagai anggota Pihak Berkuasa atau selainnya, mencemarkan nama baik Pihak Berkuasa;
(d) dia menjadi bankrap;
(e) dia tidak sempurna akal atau selainnya tidak berupaya untuk menunaikan kewajipannya;
(f) dalam hal Pengerusi atau timbalan pengerusi, dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Pihak Berkuasa tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran bertulis Menteri;
(g) dalam hal seseorang anggota Pihak Berkuasa yang dilantik di bawah perenggan 5(1)(d), dia tidak menghadiri mesyuarat Pihak Berkuasa tiga kali berturut-turut tanpa kebenaran bertulis Pengerusi; atau
(h) pelantikannya dibatalkan l oleh Menteri di bawah subseksyen 9(1). Jawatankuasa
