(1) The Minister may revoke the appointment of any member of the Authority appointed under paragraph 5(1)(a) or (d). (2) A member of the Authority appointed under paragraph 5(1)(a) or (d) may, at any time, resign his office by giving a written notice of not less than fourteen days to the Minister.
