s 24 Conditions of service, discipline and surcharge

(1) The Authority may determine the conditions of service of its employees. (2) The Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 [Act 605] shall apply to the employees of the Authority. Payment of retirement benefits, etc.

Syarat perkhidmatan, tatatertib dan surcaj

(1) Pihak Berkuasa boleh menentukan syarat perkhidmatan pekerjanya. (2) Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib dan Surcaj) 2000 [Akta 605] hendaklah terpakai bagi pekerja Pihak Berkuasa. Pembayaran faedah persaraan, dsb.
