s 35
(1) The Authority shall cause proper accounts of the Fund and proper reports of its activities to be kept and shall, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be prepared for that financial year-
(a) a statement of accounts of the Authority which shall include a balance sheet and an account of income and expenditure; and
(b) a statement of its activities.
(2) The Authority shall cause the statement of accounts to be audited by any independent auditor appointed by the Authority.
(3) The Authority shall as soon as possible send a copy of he statement of accounts certitied by the auditors, a copy of the reports of its activities and a copy of the auditors' report to the Minister who shall cause such statement and report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
(4) The Statutory Bodies (Accounts and Annual Reports) Act 1980 [Act 240] shall apply to the Authority. Power to establish companies

(1) Pihak Berkuasa hendaklah menyebabkan akaun yang
(a) suatu penyata akaun Pihak Berkuasa yang hendaklah mengandungi kunci kira-kira dan akaun pendapatan dan perbelanjaan; dan
(b) suatu penyata aktivitinya.
(2) Pihak Berkuasa hendaklah menyebabkan penyata akaun itu diaudit oleh mana-mana juruaudit bebas yang dilantik oleh Pihak Berkuasa.
(3) Pıhak Berkuasa hendaklah dengan seberapa segera yang mungkin, menghantar suatu salinan penyata akaun yang diperakui oleh juruaudit, salinan laporan aktivitinya dan salinan laporan juruaudıt kepada Menteri yang hendaklah menyebabkan penyata dan laporan itu dibentangkan di hadapan kedua-dua Majlis Parlimen.
(4) Akta Badan Berkanun (Akaun dan Laporan Tahunan) 1980 [Akta 240] hendaklah terpakai bagi Pihak Berkuasa. Kuasa untuk menubuhkan syarikat
