Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 s 28

s 28 Benefit not assignable or attachable

(1) The right to receive any payment of any benefit under this Act shall not be transferable or assignable. (2) No cash benefit payable under this Act shall be liable to attachment or sale in execution of any decree or order of any court.

Faedah tidak boleh diserahhakkan atau ditahan

(1) Hak untuk menerima apa-apa bayaran faedah di bawah Akta ini tidak boleh dipindahkan atau diserahhakkan. (2) Tiada apa-apa faedah wang tunai di bawah Akta ini boleh ditahan atau dijual bagi pelaksanaan apa-apa dekri atau perintah mana-mana mahkamah.
