Self-Employment Social Security Act 2017 s 33
(1) Where any person is found guilty of an offence under section 71, the Organization shall have the right to recover all the amount of benefit or any money paid to such person under this Act by the Organization. (2) The amount recoverable under this section may be recovered as a civil debt due to the Organization.
Hak Pertubuhan untuk mendapatkan faedah atau wang
(1) Jika mana-mana orang didapati bersalah bagi suatu kesalahan di bawah seksyen 71, Pertubuhan mempunyai hak untuk mendapatkan semua amaun faedah atau apa-apa wang yang telah dibayar kepada orang itu di bawah Akta ini oleh Pertubuhan. (2) Amaun yang boleh didapatkan di bawah seksyen ini boleh didapatkan sebagai suatu hutang sivil yang kena dibayar kepada Pertubuhan.
