s 35 Payment of amount of benefit outstanding at time of death of self-employed insured person
(1) If a self-employed insured person died during any period for which he is entitled to any of the cash benefit provided under this Act, the amount of such benefit shall be paid to the dependant, if there is no dependant, heir or legal representative of the deceased person.
(2) The amount of the cash benefit shall be payable up to and including the day of his death in case of disablement benefit and constant attendance allowance, if any.

Bayaran amaun faedah yang masih belum selesai pada masa kematian orang berinsurans bekerja sendiri
(1) Sekiranya orang berinsurans bekerja sendiri mati dalam apa-apa tempoh yang dia berhak kepada apa-apa faedah wang tunai yang diberikan di bawah Akta ini, amaun faedah itu hendaklah dibayar kepada orang tanggungan, sekiranya tiada orang tanggungan, waris atau wakil di sisi undang-undang si mati itu.
(2) Amaun faedah wang tunai itu hendaklah kena dibayar sehingga dan termasuk hari kematiannya dalam hal faedah hilang upaya dan elaun layanan sentiasa, jika ada.
