s 5 Director General
(1) The Director General of the Organization shall be the Director General for the purpose of this Act.
(2) The Deputy Directors General of the Organization shall be the Deputy Directors General for the purpose of this Act.
(3) Notwithstanding subsection (2), the Minister may appoint one or more Deputy Directors General for the purpose of this Act.
(4) If for any period the Director General is temporarily absent from Malaysia or temporarily incapacitated through illness, or for any other reason is unable to perform his duties, or where the office of the Director General becomes vacant, the Minister shall appoint one of the Deputy Directors General to perform the duties of the Director General during such period.
(5) The terms and conditions of service of the Deputy Directors General appointed under subsection (3) shall be determined by the Minister in consultation with the Minister of Finance.

Ketua Pengarah
(1) Ketua Pengarah Pertubuhan hendaklah menjadi Ketua Pengarah bagi maksud Akta ini.
(2) Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Pertubuhan hendaklah menjadi Timbalan Ketua Pengarah bagi maksud Akta ini.
(3) Walau apa pun subseksyen (2), Menteri boleh melantik seorang atau lebih Timbalan Ketua Pengarah bagi maksud Akta ini.
(4) Sekiranya bagi apa-apa tempoh Ketua Pengarah tiada buat sementara di dalam Malaysia atau menjadi tidak upaya buat sementara kerana sakit, atau kerana apa-apa sebab lain tidak dapat melaksanakan kewajipannya, atau jika jawatan Ketua Pengarah menjadi kosong, Menteri hendaklah melantik seorang daripada Timbalan Ketua Pengarah untuk melaksanakan kewajipan Ketua Pengarah dalam tempoh itu.
(5) Terma dan syarat perkhidmatan bagi Timbalan Ketua Pengarah yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (3) hendaklah ditentukan oleh Menteri selepas berunding dengan Menteri Kewangan.
