Tourism Tax Act 2017 s 1
(1) This Act may be cited as the Tourism Tax Act 2017. (2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette and the Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different Parts or different provisions of this Act.
Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Cukai Pelancongan 2017. (2) Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta dan Menteri boleh menetapkan tarikh yang berlainan bagi permulaan kuat kuasa Bahagian yang berlainan atau peruntukan yang berlainan Akta ini.
