s 21 Abetment
Any person who abets the commission of any offence punishable under this Act shall, if the act abetted is committed in consequence of the abetment, be punished with the punishment provided for the offence.

Mana-mana orang yang bersubahat dalam pelakuan mana-mana kesalahan yang boleh dihukum di bawah Akta ini hendaklah, jika perbuatan yang disubahati itu dilakukan berbangkit daripada persubahatan itu, dihukum dengan hukuman yang diperuntukkan bagi kesalahan itu.
