Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act 1967 s 23
s 23 Inspection of record of evidence, etc.
The record of all evidence, whether oral or documentary, taken by the Committee at any enquiry together with its decision or order on the enquiry—
(a) shall be made up in a separate file; and
(b) shall at all reasonable times, upon a written application in that behalf, be open to inspection by any party in the enquiry or his agent duly authorized in writing, or his legal representative, any of whom may, upon payment of such fee as may be prescribed, obtain a copy of the record of all evidence or an extract from the record.

Pemeriksaan rekod keterangan, dsb.
Rekod bagi semua keterangan, sama ada lisan atau dokumentar, yang diambil oleh Jawatankuasa dalam apa-apa siasatan berserta dengan keputusan atau perintahnya mengenai siasatan itu—
(a) hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam fail yang berasingan; dan
(b) hendaklah pada setiap masa yang munasabah, atas permohonan bertulis bagi maksud itu, terbuka untuk diperiksa oleh mana-mana pihak dalam siasatan itu atau oleh ejennya yang diberi kuasa dengan sewajarnya secara bertulis, atau wakilnya di sisi undang-undang, dan sesiapa antara mereka boleh, apabila dibayar apa-apa fi yang ditetapkan, mendapatkan suatu salinan rekod semua keterangan atau cabutan daripada rekod itu.
