Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act 1967 s 6
(1) No landlord shall enter into a tenancy agreement for a term of less than three consecutive seasons. (2) Without prejudice to any proceedings which may be taken against the landlord, any agreement for a term of less than three consecutive seasons shall be deemed to be a tenancy agreement for a term of three consecutive seasons and this Act shall apply to such agreement and the parties to the agreement.
Perjanjian penyewaan kurang daripada tiga musim dilarang
(1) Tiada tuan tanah boleh membuat suatu perjanjian penyewaan selama tempoh yang kurang daripada tiga musim berturut-turut. (2) Tanpa menjejaskan apa-apa prosiding yang boleh diambil terhadap tuan tanah, mana-mana perjanjian selama tempoh yang kurang daripada tiga musim berturut-turut hendaklah disifatkan sebagai suatu perjanjian penyewaan selama tempoh tiga musim berturut-turut dan Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi perjanjian itu dan pihak-pihak kepada perjanjian itu.
