s 17 Decision to be informed
The Competent Authority shall inform its decision in writing to the applicant and notify the National Competent Authority as soon as practicable of the outcome of any application relating to permits made under this Act.

Keputusan hendaklah dimaklumkan
Pihak Berkuasa Kompeten hendaklah memaklumkan keputusannya secara bertulis kepada pemohon dan memberitahu Pihak Berkuasa Kompeten Kebangsaan dengan secepat yang dapat dilaksanakan keputusan mana-mana permohonan yang berhubungan dengan permit yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini.
