s 12 Agreement respecting library services
The Director General may, on terms and conditions approved by the Minister, co-operate or enter into agreements with authorities or persons whether in Malaysia or elsewhere in respect of library matters.

Ketua Pengarah boleh, atas terma dan syarat yang diluluskan oleh Menteri, bekerjasama atau membuat perjanjian dengan pihak berkuasa atau orang sama ada di Malaysia atau di tempat lain berkenaan dengan hal ehwal perpustakaan.
