Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 11
A member of the Committee, or any committee established under section 9, shall cease to be a member if he fails to attend three consecutive meetings without leave of the Chairman of the Committee or committee, as the case may be.
Pemberhentian keanggotaan Jawatankuasa Insurans Pekerjaan atau jawatankuasa
Seseorang anggota Jawatankuasa, atau mana-mana jawatankuasa yang ditubuhkan di bawah seksyen 9, hendaklah terhenti menjadi seorang anggota jika dia tidak menghadiri tiga mesyuarat berturutturut tanpa kebenaran Pengerusi Jawatankuasa atau jawatankuasa itu, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
