Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 20
(1) A contribution shall be paid in respect of an employee registered under section 16 or deemed to have been registered under section 17 every month for the wages payable to the employee for that month within such period and in such manner as prescribed. (2) The contributions payable in respect of an employee shall cease when the employee attains the minimum retirement age.
Bayaran caruman
(1) Caruman hendaklah dibayar berkenaan dengan seseorang pekerja yang didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 16 atau disifatkan telah didaftarkan di bawah seksyen 17 tiap-tiap bulan bagi gaji yang kena dibayar kepada pekerja bagi bulan itu dalam apa-apa tempoh dan mengikut apa-apa cara sebagaimana yang ditetapkan. (2) Caruman yang kena dibayar berkenaan dengan seseorang pekerja hendaklah terhenti apabila pekerja itu mencapai umur persaraan minimum.
