Every claim for benefits under this Act shall be submitted in such manner to the Organization with such evidence in support of the claim as prescribed.

Tiap-tiap tuntutan bagi faedah di bawah Akta ini hendaklah dikemukakan mengikut apa-apa cara kepada Pertubuhan dengan apaapa keterangan bagi menyokong tuntutan itu sebagaimana yang ditetapkan.
