Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 40
Upon the death of an insured person who is undergoing any training, the Organization shall pay the training fee to any training provider for the training that the insured person has attended as agreed between the Organization and the training provider.
Bayaran fi latihan apabila orang berinsurans mati
Apabila orang berinsurans yang sedang menjalani apa-apa latihan mati, Pertubuhan hendaklah membayar fi latihan kepada mana-mana pemberi latihan bagi latihan yang telah dihadiri oleh orang berinsurans itu sebagaimana yang dipersetujui antara Pertubuhan dengan pemberi latihan itu.
