Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 52
(1) The Organization shall in each year prepare a budget showing the probable receipts and the estimate of the expenditure of the Organization for the ensuing year containing such adequate particulars as the Minister may determine for the discharge of the liabilities incurred by the Organization and for the maintenance of a working balance under this Act. (2) The budget shall be submitted for the approval of the Minister before such date as he may fix.
Anggaran tahunan
(1) Pertubuhan hendaklah pada setiap tahun menyediakan suatu belanjawan yang menunjukkan wang masuk yang dijangka dan anggaran perbelanjaan Pertubuhan bagi tahun yang berikutnya yang mengandungi apa-apa butir-butir yang mencukupi sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Menteri bagi menyelesaikan liabiliti yang ditanggung oleh Pertubuhan dan bagi menyenggara suatu imbangan kerja di bawah Akta ini. (2) Belanjawan itu hendaklah dikemukakan untuk kelulusan Menteri sebelum apa-apa tarikh yang ditetapkan olehnya.
