s 6 Powers of Organization to hold properties, etc.

The Organization may, upon such terms and conditions as the Organization deems fit for the purposes of this Act— (a) enter into contracts; (b) acquire, purchase, take, hold and enjoy movable and immovable property of every description; and (c) convey, assign, surrender, yield up, charge, mortgage, demise, lease, reassign, transfer or otherwise dispose of, or deal with, any movable or immovable property or any interest vested in the Organization.

Kuasa Pertubuhan untuk memegang harta, dsb.

Pertubuhan boleh, atas apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkan patut oleh Pertubuhan bagi maksud Akta ini— (a) membuat kontrak; (b) memperoleh, membeli, mengambil, memegang dan menikmati tiap-tiap jenis harta alih dan harta tak alih; dan (c) memindahhakkan, menyerahhakkan, menyerahkan balik, memulangkan, menggadaikan, menggadaijanjikan, mendemis, memajakkan, menyerahhakkan semula, memindah milik atau selainnya melupuskan, atau membuat apa-apa urusan mengenai, apa-apa harta alih atau harta tak alih atau apa-apa kepentingan yang terletak hak pada Pertubuhan.
