Employment Insurance System Act 2017 s 72
Any person who commits or conspires to commit any act of fraud or forgery in connection with the payment of contributions or a claim for benefits commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding ten thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
Fraud atau pemalsuan berkaitan dengan bayaran caruman atau tuntutan bagi faedah
Mana-mana orang yang melakukan atau bersubahat untuk melakukan apa-apa perbuatan fraud atau pemalsuan berkaitan dengan bayaran caruman atau tuntutan bagi faedah melakukan suatu kesalahan dan boleh, apabila disabitkan, didenda tidak melebihi sepuluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi dua tahun atau kedua-duanya.
