s 75 Copy of entry to be prima facie evidence, and production of documents
(1) In any legal proceedings under this Act, a copy of any entry in the accounts of the Organization duly certified by an officer of the Organization authorized by the Director General shall be prima facie evidence of such entry having been made and of the truth of the contents of the entry.
(2) The court may, upon application by the Public Prosecutor, require any person to produce any document which is in his possession and relevant to the case, and such document shall be produced within the time specified by the court.

Salinan catatan menjadi keterangan prima facie, dan pengemukaan dokumen
(1) Dalam apa-apa prosiding undang-undang di bawah Akta ini, suatu salinan apa-apa catatan dalam akaun Pertubuhan yang diperakukan dengan sewajarnya oleh pegawai Pertubuhan yang diberi kuasa oleh Ketua Pengarah hendaklah menjadi keterangan prima facie bahawa catatan itu telah dibuat dan mengenai kebenaran kandungan catatan itu.
(2) Mahkamah boleh, atas permohonan oleh Pendakwa Raya, menghendaki mana-mana orang untuk mengemukakan apa-apa dokumen yang dalam milikannya dan berkaitan dengan kes, dan
dokumen itu hendaklah dikemukakan dalam masa yang ditentukan oleh mahkamah.
