s 90 Electronic submission of documents

(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Organization may allow any returns, particulars, records, notices, reports, registers or other documents required to be submitted or furnished under this Act or regulations made under this Act by an electronic medium or by way of an electronic transmission. (2) The conditions and specifications under which the returns, particulars, records, notices, reports, registers or other documents referred to in subsection (1) are to be submitted or furnished shall be as determined by the Organization. (3) The returns, particulars, records, notices, reports, registers or other documents referred to in subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been submitted or furnished by a person to the Organization on the date the acknowledgment of receipt of such returns, particulars, records, notices, reports, registers or other documents are transmitted electronically by the Organization to the person. (4) The acknowledgment of receipt by the Organization, returns, particulars, records, notices, reports, registers or other documents submitted or furnished pursuant to subsection (3) shall be admissible as evidence in any proceedings.

Pengemukaan dokumen secara elektronik

(1) Tertakluk pada subseksyen (2), Pertubuhan boleh membenarkan apa-apa penyata, butir-butir, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang dikehendaki untuk dikemukakan atau diberikan di bawah Akta ini atau peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini melalui perantaraan elektronik atau secara penghantaran elektronik. (2) Syarat dan spesifikasi yang di bawahnya penyata, butir-butir, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) dikemukakan atau diberikan hendaklah sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Pertubuhan. (3) Penyata, butir-butir, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang disebut dalam subseksyen (1) hendaklah disifatkan telah dikemukakan atau diberikan oleh seseorang kepada Pertubuhan pada tarikh pengakuterimaan penyata, butir-butir, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain itu dihantar secara elektronik oleh Pertubuhan kepada orang itu. (4) Pengakuterimaan oleh Pertubuhan, penyata, butir-butir, rekod, notis, laporan, daftar atau dokumen lain yang dikemukakan atau diberikan menurut subseksyen (3) boleh diterima sebagai keterangan dalam mana-mana prosiding.
