s 16 Reconsideration of application for licence
(1) The Director General may reconsider the application for a licence based on the report of the inspection of the premises and the Director General may upon such reconsideration—
(a) grant a licence;
(b) refuse the application; or
(c) extend the interim licence for such period as the Director General may allow to enable the compliance with the standards or requirements.
(2) Upon the expiry of the extended period of the interim licence in paragraph (1)(c), an inspection of the premises shall be carried out to enable the Director General to further reconsider the application for a licence.
(3) Where the Director General is satisfied with the report of the inspection of the premises under subsection (2), the Director General may grant a licence.
(4) A licence shall be in such form and contain such particulars as the Director General shall determine.
(5) A licence shall be subject to the payment of the prescribed fee.

Pertimbangan semula permohonan lesen
(1) Ketua Pengarah boleh menimbangkan semula permohonan lesen berdasarkan laporan pemeriksaan premis dan Ketua Pengarah boleh setelah menimbangkan semula permohonan itu—
(a) memberikan lesen;
(b) menolak permohonan itu; atau
(c) melanjutkan lesen sementara bagi apa-apa tempoh yang dibenarkan oleh Ketua Pengarah untuk membolehkan standard atau kehendak dipatuhi.
(2) Setelah habis tempoh lanjut lesen sementara dalam perenggan (1)(c), pemeriksaan premis hendaklah dijalankan untuk membolehkan Ketua Pengarah selanjutnya menimbangkan semula permohonan lesen itu.
(3) Jika Ketua Pengarah berpuas hati dengan laporan pemeriksaan premis di bawah subseksyen (2), Ketua Pengarah boleh memberikan lesen.
(4) Lesen hendaklah dalam bentuk dan mengandungi butir-butir yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah.
(5) Lesen adalah tertakluk kepada pembayaran fi yang ditetapkan.
