Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018 s 41

s 41 Institution and conduct of prosecution

(1) No prosecution shall be instituted for any offence under this Act without the written consent of the Public Prosecutor. (2) Any officer authorized in writing by the Public Prosecutor may conduct the prosecution for any offence under this Act.

Pemulaan dan penjalanan pendakwaan

(1) Tiada pendakwaan boleh dimulakan bagi mana-mana kesalahan di bawah Akta ini tanpa keizinan bertulis Pendakwa Raya. (2) Mana-mana pegawai yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh Pendakwa Raya boleh menjalankan pendakwaan bagi mana-mana kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
