s 47 Power to exempt
The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, exempt any private aged healthcare facilities and services from the operation of any of the provisions of this Act.

Menteri boleh, melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalam Warta, mengecualikan mana-mana kemudahan dan perkhidmatan jagaan kesihatan warga emas swasta daripada pemakaian mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini.
