Private Aged Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 2018 s 6
(1) An application for an approval to provide a private aged healthcare facilities and services shall be made to the Director General in such manner as the Director General shall determine. (2) An application for an approval shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee.
Permohonan kelulusan
(1) Suatu permohonan kelulusan untuk menyediakan suatu kemudahan dan perkhidmatan jagaan kesihatan warga emas swasta hendaklah dibuat kepada Ketua Pengarah mengikut cara yang ditentukan oleh Ketua Pengarah. (2) Suatu permohonan kelulusan hendaklah disertakan dengan fi yang ditetapkan.
