Dental Act 2018 s 10
(1) The Dental Registrar shall act as the President for the period when— (a) the office of the President is vacant; (b) the President is absent from duty or from Malaysia; or (c) the President is, for any other reason, unable to carry out his functions. (2) The Dental Registrar shall, during the period in which he is carrying out the functions of the President under this section, be deemed to be the President.
Penjalanan sementara fungsi Yang Dipertua
(1) Pendaftar Pergigian hendaklah bertindak sebagai Yang Dipertua dalam tempoh apabila— (a) jawatan Yang Dipertua kosong; (b) Yang Dipertua tidak hadir bertugas atau tidak ada di Malaysia; atau (c) Yang Dipertua, kerana apa-apa sebab lain, tidak dapat menjalankan fungsinya. (2) Pendaftar Pergigian hendaklah, semasa tempoh dia menjalankan fungsi Yang Dipertua di bawah seksyen ini, disifatkan sebagai Yang Dipertua.
