Dental Act 2018 s 103

s 103 Reference in law or document to dissolved Council

A reference in any law or document in force immediately before the appointed date to the dissolved Council shall on the appointed date be construed as a reference to the Council established by this Act.

Sebutan dalam undang-undang atau dokumen mengenai Majlis dibubarkan

Sesuatu sebutan dalam mana-mana undang-undang atau dokumen yang berkuat kuasa sebaik sebelum tarikh ditetapkan mengenai Majlis dibubarkan hendaklah pada tarikh ditetapkan ditafsirkan sebagai sebutan mengenai Majlis yang ditubuhkan oleh Akta ini.
