Dental Act 2018 s 61
Any practitioner whose name has been removed from the Dental Register or the Dental Therapists Register pursuant to an order of the Council or the Board under paragraph 58(1)(a) shall, if his appeal is allowed, be reinstated in the Dental Register or Dental Therapists Register and the Dental Registrar or the Dental Therapists Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration and a practising certificate to him.
Kemasukan semula nama ke dalam Daftar
Mana-mana pengamal yang namanya telah dipotong daripada Daftar Pergigian atau Daftar Juruterapi Pergigian menurut suatu perintah oleh Majlis atau Lembaga di bawah perenggan 58(1)(a) hendaklah, jika rayuannya dibenarkan, dimasukkan semula dalam Daftar Pergigian atau Daftar Juruterapi Pergigian dan Pendaftar Pergigian atau Pendaftar Juruterapi Pergigian hendaklah mengeluarkan suatu perakuan pendaftaran dan perakuan pengamalan kepadanya.
